Shipping and delivery
Alama Studio ships globally and handles every order with care and precision. The website provides a base freight quote when available. White glove, complex access, international delivery, and project orders may require a tailored quote from the Alama Studio team.
Most design-led equipment is made to order. Lead times vary by maker, finish, and destination. We will confirm timing, delivery method, and any special receiving requirements after your order is placed.

For private gyms and wellness spaces, Alama Studio can support equipment selection, layout guidance, delivery coordination, and installation planning through our design services.
Returns
Alama Studio has a 14-day return policy after delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition received. Because many products are made to order, approved returns may be subject to a 75% restocking fee. Original shipping, customs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact info@alamastudio.com immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply according to the manufacturer’s terms. Alama Studio does not provide a separate product warranty unless expressly stated in writing, but we can help coordinate warranty claims with the applicable manufacturer or vendor.

Storage is where a gym usually gives itself away. The floor system answers with a piece of furniture: a low structure in steel and ALPI wood that holds dumbbells and kettles in the open.
The weights become the composition, and the room keeps its order without hiding anything.

The structure is drawn as furniture: a continuous frame, resolved joints, and a height that keeps the weights at hand without dominating the room.
Every weight in its place
Each piece has a seat cut for it, so the system stays ordered by use rather than by tidying. Putting a weight back is part of the gesture.
Configured to the room
Storage only, fully loaded, or built around the space you have: the system is specified like a furnishing, not bought as a fixed unit.
